This is really easy. So let's Start.....
Please follow this instruction to stop background process on your Android Device
1. Go to "Play Store" And search Greenify. Download this app.
2. Open this app & Grant Root access for this app.
3. Click "+" button from top. Choose your Apps what you want to stop background process.
4. After selecting your apps press "Zzz" button. So All background app's process will be stopped.
5. Now go to the "option" bar and enble auto hibernation.
6. Now your device will be super fast.

In this way you can easily save your Data and super fast will be super fast.
